Easter, Handbells and Fire and Ice: The Sequel!

Prepare to be amazed! I have for your viewing displeasure the greatest showing of a double post in the history of blogkind.

First of all, the Bendixens came over for Easter weekend, which was also the Sunday our family played handbells for the first time in years! I haven't been that nervous in... years. Anyway, here's lots of goody pictures, and then Part II of this post!

Eleazar, Amity and myself:

Leading candidate for Baby of the Year! ;)

My grandpa, and other family, with her:

Levi and I playing volleyball:

Playing the piano after volleyball (hence the muddy shirts):

Practicing our handbells! (We did pretty well in the performance.)

The Dads (excluding Barak) with Susanna and Amity:

The wait is over! It is time for... Fire and Ice: The Sequel!

I'll finish with lyrics to one of the songs we played.
Here the bells ringing, They're singing that you can be born again, Here the bells ringing, They're singing Christ is risen from the dead.

The angel up on the tombstone, Said He has risen, just as He said, Quickly now, go tell his disciples, That Jesus Christ is no longer dead.

Joy to the word, He has risen, hallelujah, He's risen, hallelujah, He's risen, hallelujah!

God bless, J.J. Biddinger

That's right JJ. Not many people know you play hand bells. I didn't know for quite a while. I'm sure you now have learned your lesson and will introduce yourself with, "Hello, I'm J.J. Biddinger, and I play hand bells."
